KCI USA Life Time Warranty

KCI USA products are built to withstand a lifetime of hard use. KCI USA offers a lifetime warranty on manufactures defects on all KCI USA products. This warranty covers all products manufactured by KCI USA.

KCI USA customers choose our products, because of the reliability and performance built into each and every product we make.

This warranty does not cover the following circumstances:

– of product or use with incompatible firearms
– Damage caused by improper maintenance,
– Cracked or broken parts from dropping
– Scratches or minor cosmetic issues which do not affect the function
– Modification or alteration of the product
– Improper loading
– Incorrect ammunition use

KCI USA products are intended to function reliably, even under adverse circumstances. However, you as the operator need to read the manual and understand how to correctly operate the device.

If you have issues with a product, please contact us to discuss your concerns prior to attempting any disassembly yourself or you will VOID OUR WARRANTY.

There are a vast number of counterfeit products designed to mimic the look of KCI USA products. Items not manufactured by KCI USA will not be covered.

Every magazine should fit the firearms specified in the product descriptions. Some rifle manufacturers have fluctuating tolerances which we cannot accommodate.

If you purchase a defective KCI USA product, please contact our Warranty Department at support@kcius.com. Products should not be returned prior to receiving a return authorization from KCI USA for any reason.

KCI USA will obtain a shipping address and provide a return shipping label. When KCI USA receives the product we will determine that it is, in fact a KCI product. KCI USA products defective in materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at the option of KCI USA technicians.
